Aptech Learning Gurgaon is an authorised training centre offering IT, hardware & networking, banking & finance, and English language courses under the Aptech Learning brand. Enquiries, counselling sessions, and demo classes are provided free of charge unless stated otherwise in writing.
Course fees, applicable taxes, and instalment schedules are communicated clearly to every student at the time of enrolment and confirmed in the admission form before any payment is collected. Fees may be paid in full or in instalments where an instalment plan has been offered.
Students who withdraw from a course before the batch commencement date are eligible for a refund of course fees paid, less a nominal registration/administrative charge.
Once classes have commenced, refunds (if any) are considered on a pro-rata basis for the remaining, unattended portion of the course, at the sole discretion of the centre management, and after deduction of study material, registration, and administrative costs already incurred.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of the request being reviewed and confirmed.
Students may request a one-time transfer to another batch or learning mode (classroom/online/hybrid), subject to seat availability, instead of a refund. Requests should be raised in writing at least 5 working days before the batch start date.

Aptech Learning Gurgaon makes every effort to deliver courses as scheduled, but shall not be liable for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (such as trainer unavailability due to illness, government restrictions, or force majeure events). In such cases, the centre will offer make-up sessions or a revised schedule rather than a refund.
Course certification is awarded on completion of the prescribed curriculum, attendance, and assessment criteria set by Aptech Limited; placement assistance is provided on a best-effort basis and does not constitute a guarantee of employment.
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with courts at Gurugram, Haryana having jurisdiction.
